Transit to make your town !
With more than 330 miles of bus route, 13 suburbs(1) covered and 140,000
inhabitants commuting across town, Sibra is committed to offering an daily service
from 5am to 9pm.
There are 18 standard bus routes per week (Mon-Sat), 4 special Sunday and Bank Holidays
bus routes and 3 night buses (Noctibus) for evening until 1am (except Sundays and
Bank Holidays).
Committed to providing passengers with safety and comfort
Sibra operates some of the most recent vehicles in France. Sibra responds with a
team of professionals and the latest equipment for the benefit of passengers. In
addition, Sibra is responsible for ensuring that commuting and environment go hand
in hand, by complying with green standards, for example : Euro 5 norm buses, catalytic
converters equipped with diesel fuel particle filter...
Furthermore all our buses provides step-free entrance and exits, making journeys
much easier for people using wheelchairs, with prams etc.
This is because Annecy's main bus company is committed to providing an excellent
performance, that listening to passengers' underlying concerns or requests is of
prime importance. Recent statistics have revealed a 92.9.% (2) satisfaction rate
among customers.
An infrastructure promoting public transports
Dedicated bus lanes, correspondence poles (to improve correspondences) ensuring
frequency, speed and punctuality of public transports within our community.
The benefits : Bicycles and bike rental schemes are key actors in promoting long-term
transport solutions within the community.
(1) 13-suburbs bus route : Annecy, Annecy-Le-Vieux,
Argonay, Chavanod, Cran-Gevrier, Epagny, Metz-Tessy, Meythet, Montagny-Les-Lanches,
Poisy, Pringy, Seynod and Quintal.
(2) Performance survey carried out by AGIR in 2008 by phone among 300
members, plus interviewing face-to-face 200 users on the bus.
